Solution to common abnormal problems

1. Continuous burrs during punching: The reason is that the material is too thin. The diaphragm can be stacked into 4 layers for punching, or a layer of A4 paper can be placed under the diaphragm and pole piece for punching (it is recommended to cut a single layer of pole piece with the coating facing downwards, and the micro burrs facing away from the coating is beneficial for battery performance and punching)。
2. Damaged punch or wear after prolonged use: Replace the mold.

3. Mold not correct: Re mold.

Scope and duration of free maintenance
If any non-human machine malfunctions occur in the device purchased by the user, they will receive free repair services from our company or authorized distribution service providers. The equipment comes with a one-year warranty for the entire machine and a three-month warranty for the mold from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, free repairs will be provided. After the warranty period, only parts fees will be charged based on market pricing, and service fees will be waived for life.
Equipment failures caused by the following situations are not within the scope of warranty services, and our company or authorized distribution service providers will charge according to the charging standards: failures caused by failure to operate according to product instructions or use in environments that do not comply with the instructions.
