main features 
The equipment is characterized by adopting induction heating to the metal in graphite crucible under micro-negative pressure atmosphere, and at the same time, feeding can be carried out to mix the alloy composition during smelting. After the metal is completely melted into liquid, rotating electrode will cast it into mould, and finally the alloy required for the experiment will be prepared.

Equipment structure

1. Furnace body
The furnace body is of single-layer stainless steel structure. The furnace body is provided with secondary feeding and air extraction ports, and the side opening door structure is adopted. The casting condition can be checked through the observation window.
2. Induction heating unit
KW split-type induction heating power supply.
3. Secondary feeding device
With KF25 interface secondary charging device (150ml volume), it can be charged during smelting (under vacuum or inert gas protection), and can add three components.
4. Lifting and mixing device
It is composed of lifting module, mixing motor, dynamic seal structure and mixing rod, and the mixing blade is made of graphite.
