Heating element:

Insulation measures:
Alumina fiber cotton: High purity alumina fiber cotton is arranged around gas pipelines, which has extremely low thermal conductivity and excellent high temperature resistance (up to 1400℃). It can not only effectively reduce heat loss, but also maintain the high temperature state of the gas in the pipeline, improve preheating efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
Gas pipeline material:
310S stainless steel: The gas pipeline is made of 310S stainless steel material, which has the following advantages:
High strength: able to maintain structural integrity under high pressure conditions.
Excellent high temperature resistance:
310S stainless steel can work stably for a long time in oxidizing environments up to 1150 ℃ and reducing environments up to 1035 ℃, making it very suitable for the transmission of high-temperature hydrogen gas.
Corrosion resistance performance:
Especially at high temperatures, it has good resistance to oxidation and carburizing, which extends the service life of the equipment.
