1. High temperature lifting furnace unit
·Heating system: Using preferred silicon molybdenum rods and other heating elements, combined with high-purity alumina fiber furnace, it can achieve a stable working temperature of 1700 ℃.
·Temperature Control System: Equipped with a precision programmed temperature controller, it can set and accurately execute up to dozens of stages of temperature rise, hold, drop, and curve, ensuring process repeatability.
·Security guarantee: Integrated multiple security mechanisms such as over temperature protection, power-off protection, and mechanical interlocking.
2. Industrial robot unit
·Mechanical arm: Typically, six axis articulated robots or four axis SCARA robots are used, which have high flexibility, high repeatability positioning accuracy (up to ± 0.1mm or even higher), and a wide range of workspace.
·End effector: Specially customized according to material characteristics such as crucibles, boxes, wafers, etc., we can provide you with fixtures, trays, vacuum suction cups, etc.
·Protective measures: Robot cables and key components can be equipped with high-temperature protective covers to cope with thermal radiation in the furnace area.
3. Automated loading and unloading platform

1. Loading: The robotic arm accurately grasps the materials to be processed from the loading and unloading platform.
2. Furnace entry: The furnace body is opened, and the robotic arm smoothly and accurately places the material in the designated position inside the furnace.
3. Handling: The robotic arm exits, the furnace is closed, and the preset program for heating and insulation begins.
4. Discharge: After the process is completed, the furnace body is turned on to the set temperature (such as below 200 ℃), and the mechanical arm is inserted into the furnace to remove the material that has undergone heat treatment.
5. Material cutting: The robotic arm transfers the finished material to the output area, completing a work cycle.
